Bono Vox
When I first started meditation and met my animus, he was using Bono's image and voice to communicate with me. I became very fond of Bono, both the real guy and the Bono that lived inside my head.
I see him as a sort of fairie tale prince/hero, very gentle and idealistic.
Many find Bono's saviour complex irritating, but I find it very touching. I guess there's a part of me that relates to it (on a very small scale), despite my cynicism and distrust of people.
I think all those catholic saints and martyrs correspond to the same archetype as him. Some people might find that offensive, but I don't mean to offend.
